Enlighten Yoga's principle & owner, Daniella,
is a certified and insured Yoga Teacher and Usui Reiki Master.

Whilst working as a Marketing Manager, she felt that there must be more to life than simply working and existing. She began a journey of self discovery and improvement that began with yoga. As she saw the vast benefits of a regular yoga and meditation practice, she realised her dream was to start a business where she could assist others to better manage the demands and stresses of every day life, find their true selves, find their joy, find true peace and achieve what most of us aspire to - happiness.
Beginning the process towards this dream, she began studies to become a certified yoga teacher. That journey taught her a lot - not only about yoga and meditation, but about the importance of knowing yourself and understanding how we can each harness the energy of body and mind to feel peaceful and at ease. Following her graduation from Yoga Teacher Training, she went on to further studies in Reiki and is now a certified Usui Reiki Master.

Daniella is a caring, kind and warm soul who will make you feel safe and supported on your journey.
She is a certified and insured yoga teacher and Reiki Master, as well as being a certified REBT counsellor, EFT Practicioner and Wellness Coach.
You can rest assured she will work with you to reach your goals while keeping your best interests at heart as she genuinely desires to help and serve others on their path to peace and happiness.
